These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the vip platform and all services operated under it. By registering on vip or starting to use the service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms in full. 2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To open an account on the vip platform and use any gaming service, you must be at least 21 years old. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and legally capable of using this service. vip may at any time request documents to verify your age.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

Each person may create only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, vip has the right to close them and forfeit any deposited funds. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Account login details (username and password) must not be shared with anyone.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

vip may at any time, especially at the point of withdrawal, request a photo of your national ID card or passport for identity verification. If the required documents are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The vip platform currently supports deposits via three mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. The mobile wallet number used for deposits must belong to the person registered on the account.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. vip reserves the right to verify identity at the time of withdrawal.

3.3 Transaction Restrictions

• If a transaction is suspected of being used for money laundering or illegal activity, it will be stopped immediately.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

4.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonus promotions may have restrictions on specific games or game categories.

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All game results displayed on the vip platform are determined by an automated random number generator (RNG). If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded. However, vip is not liable for losses caused by an internet disconnection.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games is prohibited.

5.3 Dispute Resolution

The vip platform has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — from Bronze up to a maximum of 0.8% weekly cashback at Platinum. Weekly cashback is a set percentage of the net loss for the week (total wagered minus total won).

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on a member's overall gaming activity. vip reserves the right to review and change VIP benefits. For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

9.2 Member's Rights
